Board of Management

The Board was formed as an initiative by Tuan Mudir Ustaz Hj Sulamuddin as the think tank and together he assisted in creating history by the assembly of the Maahad Al Islah.

The Board serves as the advisor and assist in the management of the Maahad. Also, the board also act to raise fund to strengthen the Maahad al Islah financial status

The members of the board are from different backgrounds of society leaders. The former chairman, the late Hj Mat Taib b Abd Karim was the first chairman and also, one of the main contributor to the etstablishing of the Maahad. After his period, he was replaced by Hj Ibrahim b Mat Isa who was himself involved since the beginning.

Before the founding of the Maahad, the board has been formed to become the thinker who realized many activities such as the development project of the male hostel (1998) together with the locals.

To date, the board not only serves  in term of management but also has become an important platform to strengthen the relationship between the locals and the community of Maahad al Islah.

Lembaga Tadbir diwujudkan dari hasil inisiatif Tuan Mudir Ustaz Hj. Sulamuddin sebagai kumpulan pemikir serta  menggembeling tenaga bersama-sama melakar sejarah dengan terbinanya sebuah  Sekolah Agama Rakyat, Maahad al Islah.

Lembaga Tadbir berfungsi sebagai penasihat  serta membantu dari segi pengurusan Maahad al Islah. Selain itu, lembaga tadbir juga berperanan mendapatkan dana untuk mengukuhkan lagi kewangan Maahad al Islah.

Sepanjang kewujudannya, anggotanya adalah terdiri daripada berbagai-bagai pemimpin masyarakat. Bekas Pengerusi iaitu Allahyarham Hj. Mat Taib b. Abdul Karim adalah Pengerusi pertama yang juga merupakan salah seorang penyumbang utama bagi merealisasikan objektif penubuhannya. Sepeninggalan beliau telah digantikan oleh Hj. Ibrahim b. Mat Isa yang juga bersama-sama dengan Maahad al Islah sejak dari awal penubuhan lagi.

Sebelum penubuhan maahad ini, lembaga tadbir telah ditubuhkan sebagai pemikir yang mendorong berbagai aktiviti seperti projek gotong royong pembinaan asrama putera (1988) oleh penduduk setempat.

Sehingga kini, lembaga tadbir bukan sahaja berperanan dari segi pengurusan malah menjadi platform penting untuk  mengeratkan lagi hubungan antara penduduk setempat dengan warga Maahad al Islah.
