We the associates of this Maahad, with all determination and iltizam vow to chanel all our energy and our effort to;

1. Become the alternative to the current mainstream education system.
2. Ensure that the students will become more alert to any issues related to the society.
3. Educate the students to demonstrate excellent and admirable behaviour.
4. Prepare the students so that they will become excellent in
5. Provide comfortable schooling and living facililties and to enhance the existing facilities to a better level.
6. Preparation of curriculum and co-curriculum is the provision for the students and to prepare them to become insan madani.
7. To ensure that the safety and charity of the students will be protected.

Kami warga Maahad dengan penuh nekad dan iltizam berikrar dan berjanji akan menumpukan seluruh tenaga dan usaha kami untuk; Menjadi sebagai satu alternatif kepada aliran pendidikan yang  sedia ada pada masa kini. Memastikan pelajarnya bersikap lebih prihatin terhadap isu-isu kemasyarakatan sejagat. Mendidik pelajar-pelajar supaya sentiasa mempunyai akhlak yang terbaik dan terpuji. Menggilap ketrampilan pelajar samada dalam urusan ukhrawi mahupun duniawi. Memberi kemudahan dan keselesaan yang termampu dan cuba mempertingkatkan kemudahan prasarana yang sedia ada kepada yang lebih baik. Penyediaan kurikulum dan ko-kurikulum adalah untuk bekalan pelajar dimasa depan & membentuk pelajar menjadi insan madani. Memastikan kebajikan dan keselamatan pelajar terjamin seadilnya.
